| 摘 要： | 目的:确定Trk(Tyrosine kinase)A在损伤周围神经的表达分布。方法:切断大鼠坐骨神经再吻合后,不同时段上,取脊髓、脊神经节和吻合的神经段作LSAB免疫组化染色,光镜进行观察。结果:TrkA只在损伤的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体和坐骨神经呈免疫组化阳性反应。结论:TrkA只在损伤的脊神经节感觉神经元胞体和坐骨神经表达。 |

| Abstract: | Objective : Locate the site of TrkA expression following rat peripheral nerve injury. Method: Cut the night sciatic nerve of SD rat and anastomosed them, at different time after operation, removed out the spinal cord, dorsal root ganglia, nerve stump and stained with LSAB immunohistochemical method.Results: There were only positive immunore-actions in the operated sciatic nerve ( right)and the ipsilateral dorsal root ganglia. Conclusions : TrkA expresses only in the operated sciatic nerve (right)and the ipsilateral dorsal root ganglia. |
