| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振胰胆管造影（MRCP）在肝外恶性梗阻性黄疸诊断中的价值。方法回顾分析110例肝外恶性梗阻性黄疸患者的MRI＋MRCP诊断结果。结果 110例MRCP能清晰显示胰胆管的解剖结构及梗阻程度,MRI＋MRCP对恶性梗阻性黄疸的定位诊断准确率为100.00%（110/110）;定性诊断准确率为93.6%（103/110）。结论 MRI＋MRCP对恶性梗阻性黄疸大多能作出准确的定位和定性诊断。
