健康教育卡在耳鼻咽喉疾病合并糖尿病患者中的应用

目的：运用健康教育卡对耳鼻咽喉疾病合并糖尿病患者治疗进行干预并对其效果进行评价。方法：将50例耳鼻咽喉疾病合并有糖尿病的手术病人分为试验组和对照组，试验组除内分泌科医生会诊的建议外，由专业护师针对患者实际情况制定个体化干预措施，并每例发送健康教育卡1张。评价按时监测血糖、住院天数指标。结果：试验组与对照组比较，按时监测血糖例数增多，术后1周及出院时的血糖降低。住院时间缩短，差异有显著性。结论：对耳鼻咽喉科疾病合并糖尿病的患者，运用健康教育卡及护理干预，能提高患者对糖尿病的重视，控制血糖，促进伤口愈合。

Appfication of healthcare education card in patients with otorhinolaryngologic diseases complicated with diabetes

Objective ：To evaluate the effect of healthcare education card and intervention for the patients with otorhinolaryngologic diseases complicated with diabetes.Methods：50 cases with otorhinolaryngologic diseases complicated with diabetes mellitus were ran- domly divide~, into test group and control group. Each patient in the test group received a healthcare education card designed according to individual condition.And at the same time, they also fo//owed the instructions from endocrinologist.The monitoring blood sugar on time, blood glucose level and hospitalization duration were observed.Results：Compared with the control group, the blood glucose level was controlled better and the wound healing time was earlier. There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion：For the patients with otorhinolaryngology disease complicated with diabetes mellitus, healtheare education card and intervention can achieve better blood glucose control and earlier wound healing as well as make patients attach great importance to diabetes treatment.
