不同方式口服葡萄糖水对减轻婴儿静脉穿刺疼痛的效果观察

目的：探讨口服葡萄糖水减轻婴儿静脉穿刺时的疼痛效果，提高一次性穿刺的成功率。方法：将60例住院〉2个月普通肺炎患儿随机分为甲、乙、丙3组各20例。每例患儿各穿刺3次，每次穿刺分别采用不同护理干预方法，采用FLACC量表观察患儿疼痛程度。结果：术前干预组及术中干预组疼痛评分于术中和术后1分钟均显著低于常规干预组（P〈0．05），一次性穿刺成功率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：口服葡萄糖水干预可减轻婴儿静脉穿刺的疼痛程度。

Effective observation of different mode of oral glucose on reducing pain in infant venipuncture

Objective：To reduce the pain of hospitalped infants and to increase the one-time successful rate of venepuncture by oral glucose.Methods：60 pneumonia infants older than 2 months were divided into A,B,C groups randomly. Each of the infants was venipunctured 3 times and given different nursing methods during venipuncture.the FLACC scale was used to evaluate the pain degree. Results：The pain score of the preoperative and intraoperative intervention groups during and after 1 rain of venipuncture were signifi- candy lower than that of the convent/onal intervention group（P〈0.05）, the one-time successful rate of venepuncture was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Oral glucose is effective in reducing pain from venipuncture in infants.
