上海地区馆藏中医药抄本概况分析——兼论抄本医书的定位与研究展望

中医药抄本的价值逐步得到中医文献研究领域的重视,当前开展的工作主要包括基础文本的整理复制与目录提要的调查编撰两大方面。基于对上海地区馆藏中医药抄本的研究,初步发现存世抄本医书具有覆盖面广、实用性强、操作灵活、个性化明显、成书目的多样性等特点,能较为真实地反映当时社会的医疗面貌及医药知识在各个阶层的传递情况。以馆藏中医药抄本为研究对象亦存在材料的局限性,即或多或少地忽视了民间下层的医疗记载,因此需要个别性研究和整体性研究的互参校正,才能更加系统地反映出知识和思想观念形成与发展的过程。加之在概念上,抄本医书亦属广义写本学的研究范畴,如能进一步明确定位、规范方法,则可打通时代和空间的界限,在书籍史、学术史的基础上巩固其作为文献整体的研究,亦可从知识史、传媒史、观念史等多角度拓展研究范围。

An Overview of the Collection of Chinese Medicine Manuscripts in Shanghai--On the Orientation and Research Prospect of Medical Manuscripts

More and more importance has been attached to the value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)manuscripts in the field of TCM literature.Currently,the research mainly includes two aspects,namely collation and replication of basic texts and the survey and compilation of catalog and outline.Based on the study on the collection of TCM manuscripts in Shanghai area,it has preliminarily found that existing medical manuscripts are characterized by the wide coverage,strong practicability,flexible operation,obvious personalization and diversified purposes of writing books,which better truly reflect the medical situation at that time,and the transmission of medical knowledge in all classes.There also is the material limitation in taking the collection of TCM manuscripts as the research object,namely the lack of medical records from the lower-class.Therefore,the mutual correction of individual research and overall research is needed to reflect the formation and development process of knowledge and ideas more systematically.In terms of the concepts,medical manuscripts also belong to the research of general“codicology”.If the location and specification method can be further specified,then it can break through the boundaries of time and space,consolidate the research of book history and academic history as a whole on the basis of literature history,and expand the research scope from multiple perspectives such as knowledge history,media history and concept history.
