不同影像学检查在胃平滑肌肉瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨胃平滑肌肉瘤的X线、超声胃镜、CT、MRI及胃镜的影像特点及应用价值。方法回顾性总结经术后病理证实的18例胃平滑肌肉瘤患者的X线、超声胃镜、CT、MRI及胃镜表现,对比分析各种影像学检查方法的优缺点。结果X线检查胃内型3例,胃外型6例,胃内外型7例;胃镜检查胃内型4例,胃外型3例,胃内外型7例;超声胃镜检查5例,胃内型2例,胃外型1例,胃内外型2例;CT检查胃内型1例,胃外型6例,胃内外型5例;MRI检查胃外型6例,胃内外型2例。结论超声胃镜及MRI对该病诊断准确率较高,X线及CT次之,胃镜对该病诊断准确性较差。

Abstract:Objective To investigate image features of X - ray. ultrasonic gastroscopy. CT. MRI and gastroscope of gastric leiomyosarcoma and each other value. Methods Features of X - ray. gastroscope, ultrasonic gastroscopy. CT and MRI of gastric leiomyosarcoma in 18 cases confirmed by operation and pathology. Results X - ray examination intraluminal type 3cases, extraluminal type 3 cases, mixed type 7 cases. Diagnosis accurate 9 cases; ultrasonic gastroscopy examination intralu- minal type 2 cases, extraluminal typel cases, mixed type 2cases, Diagnosis accurate 4 cases ; CT examination intraluminal type 1 cases, extraluminal type 6 cases, mixed type 5 cases. Diagnosis accurate 7 cases ; MRI examination extraluminal type3 cases, Diagnosis accurate 3cases. gastroscope examination intraluminal type 4 cases, extraluminal type 3 cases, mixed type 7cases. Diagnosis accurate 4 cases. Conclusion It is the most accurate for diagnosis of gastric leiomyosarcoma to use ultrasonic gastros- copy and MRI examination; It is more accurate for diagnosis of gastric leiomyosarcoma to use X - ray and CT; It is worse for di- agnosis of gastric leiomyosarcoma to use gastroscope.
