新生儿败血症血小板计数分析(附42例报告)

目的：探讨新生儿败血症患者血小板计数与病情的关系。方法 分析了４２例患儿的临床表现和血小板计数。结果 病情轻重与细菌种类有关，且并发肺炎或肠炎等内部脏器炎症者病情较并发有脓疱疹或脐炎等浅表部位感染者重，并发现血小板随病情轻重而增减，病情重者血小板计数较轻者少（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 新生儿败血症病情轻重与病原菌种类及入侵部位有关，血小板计数可作为诊断新生儿败血症的一个辅助标准和病情监测指标。

ANALYSIS OF THE PLATELET COUNTS OF 42 CASES OF NEONATAL SEPSIS

Objective To observe the relationship of the clinical severity and the platelet count in neonatal sepsis.Methods Clinical manifestations and platelet counts of 42 cases of newborn babies were reviewed.Results Clinical severity was correlated with the species of the infectious bacterium. Those complicated with pneumonia or enteritis were more severe than those with umbilicus or skin infection, and the platelet counts changed in correspondence to the severity of the disease: the more severe, the less platelet counts (P<0.01).Conclusion Platelet count is a useful index in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis and can be used numerically to evaluate the severity of the disease.
