摘    要:目的:建立以火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定厚朴中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg6种微量元素含量的方法。方法:用浓硝酸微波消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定6种元素的含量。结果:6种微量元素的回收率在99.40%~108.00%之间,RSD≤1.86%。结论:厚朴中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素。本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To detect the contents of six trace elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg) in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.METHODS:The samples were diluted by microwave with HNO3.The contents of six trace elements(Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca and Mg) were determined by calibration curve method.RESULTS:The recovery rates of the six trace elements ranged from 99.40% to 108.00% with all RSD being less than 1.86%.CONCLUSIONS:The results show that the Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis is rich in trace elements which are necessary for people.The method applied in this study is simple,accurate and satisfactory.
