痛点注射联合口服药物治疗疼痛性疾病的临床疗效

目的比较痛点注射联合口服药物与单纯口服药物治疗门诊常见疼痛性疾病的疗效。方法痛点注射联合口服治疗组（联合组）764例，单纯口服药物治疗组（对照组）928例。随访1年观察其效果。结果联合组的VAS、关节触痛、WOM—AC骨关节炎指数均较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P〈o．05）；联合组无效率及复发率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对门诊常见疼痛性疾病痛点注射联合口服药物的疗效显著优于单纯口服药物治疗，且不增加药物不良反应。

Therapeutic effects of trigger point injection combined with oral drugs in the treatment of pain diseases

Objective To compare the effects of trigger point injection combined with oral drugs and oral drugs alone in the treatment of pain diseases. Methods Seven hundred and sixty-four patients in the treatment group （combination group） were treated by trigger point injection combined with oral drugs, and 928 patients （as control group） were by oral drugs alone. Therapeutic effects were observed at 1 year following up. Results VAS, articular tenderness and WOM-AC arthritis index were significantly lower in the combination group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The ineffective and recurrent rates were significantly lower at one year after the treatment in the com- bination group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. No difference was found in adverse reac- tions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of trigger points injection com- bined with oral drugs is superior to oral medication alone in the treatment of pain diseases without in- creasing adverse reactions.
