| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨改良Kidner手术在治疗痛性副舟骨中的临床应用价值.方法 对27例经半年以上保守治疗无效的合并扁平足痛性副舟骨患者,行改良Kidner手术治疗.结果 术后随访25例,随访时间6～48个月,平均21.5个月,术后患者疼痛、活动受限等症状明显好转.采用美国矫形足踝协会（AOFAS）评分标准,由术前平均（45.8士6.4）分提高至术后平均（85.7±5.7）分（P＜0.05）.结论 改良Kidner手术在治疗痛性副舟骨中创伤小,并发症少,临床疗效较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the modified Kidner surgery for treatment of painful accessory navicular bone.Methods 27 patients with painful accessory navicular bone were treated with modified Kidner surgery.Results 25 patients were followed up,with a mean period of 21.5 months.After surgery,the symptoms of the patients were significantly improved.The outward appearance of foots improved.Used AOFAS Scoring System,the mean score was significantly increased from （45.8± 6.4） points preoperatively to （85.7± 5.7） points postoperatively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The excision of modified Kidner surgery for treatment of painful accessory navicular bone is small wounds,fewer complications and good clinical efficacy. |
