家庭支持对母乳喂养的影响分析

目的 分析家庭支持对产妇母乳喂养的影响效果.方法 选择2009年3月～6月住我院产科的180例产妇及其家庭成员按照住院的先后顺序随机分为对照组、观察组各90例.对照组给予常规护理;观察组实行系列强化干预措施,并对两组产妇主动母乳喂养情况（首次主动哺乳时间、每天主动哺乳次数）进行比较分析.结果 观察组经强化干预措施后,其主动母乳喂养情况明显优于对照组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 母乳喂养是产后护理的一项重要任务,不仅需要产科医护人员的耐心指导,有针对性地对孕产妇及家人采取干预措施,更需要产妇及家人的鼎力配合.

Analysis impact of family support on breastfeeding

Objective To analyze the impact of family support on breastfeeding.Methods 180 maternal obstetric and their family members were randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group.Control group received routine care and observation group implemented a series of measures to strengthen the intervention.The first active feeding time and the number of daily active lactation were compared.Results The active breastfeeding of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Breastfeeding is an important task for post-natal care.Obstetric health care workers need patience guidance,targeted on maternal and family interventions and more mothers and their families for their cooperation.
