| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性胰腺炎患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性.方法 选取100例慢性胰腺炎患者,采用社会支持评定量表和应用汉化版简明健康调查量表（SF-36）评估患者的生活质量,分析两者的相关性.结果 慢性胰腺炎患者生活质量下降,与中国常模相比有显著差异（P＜0.05）;社会支持与生活质量呈显著正相关（r=0.759,P＜0.01）.结论 慢性胰腺炎患者的生活质量与社会支持密切相关,社会支持高的患者生活质量也高;护理过程中应充分重视并有效利用社会支持系统,以提高慢性胰腺炎患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of the quality of life of patients with chronic pancreatitis and the social support.Methods 100 patients with chronic pancreatitis were investigated with social support rating scale and application localization version concise health survey questionnaire （SF-36） to assess the patient＇s quality of life.Results The quality of life of patients with chronic pancreatitis was significant lower than that of Chinese norm （P〈0.05）.Social support and quality of life were significantly positive correlation （r=0.759,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The quality of life of patients with chronic pancreatitis is closely related to social support.In the process of nursing,it needs pay full attention to effective utilization of social support system. |
