近端蒂隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复膝部软组织缺损

目的 观察近端蒂隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复膝部软组织缺损的疗效.方法 应用近端蒂隐神经营养血管皮瓣转移修复6例膝部软组织缺损,并观察其治疗效果.结果 术后1例皮瓣边缘部分坏死,经换药后创面二期愈合,5例皮瓣成活,术后随访6个月～1年,皮瓣无明显挛缩,耐磨擦,小腿内侧供区创面愈合良好.结论 近端蒂隐神经营养血管皮瓣具有血管位置恒定,血供可靠,手术操作简便,皮瓣厚度适中,耐磨擦,对供区影响不大等优点,是修复膝部软组织缺损的较好选择.

Repair of soft tissue defect around knee with proximal pedicle saphenous nerve neurocutaneous flaps

Objective To observe the effect of proximal pedicle saphenous nerve neurocutaneous flaps for repair of soft tissue defect around knee.Methods 6 patients with soft tissue defect around knee were treated with proximal pedicle saphenous nerve neurocutaneous flap.The effect was observed.Results There was 1 patient with necrosis of flap edge and 5 patients with flap survival.After 6 months to 1 year followed up,the wounds healed well.Conclusion It is a good choice in repair of soft tissue defect around knee by proximal pedicle saphenous nerve neurocutaneous flaps,which has the advantages of vascular location constant,reliable blood supply,easy operation,moderate thickness skin flap and friction resistance.
