妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准与不良妊娠结局的临床研究

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病采用新诊断标后确诊为妊娠期糖尿病而被旧诊断标准漏诊孕妇的妊娠结局.方法 选取被旧诊断标准漏诊、符合新诊断标准的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇116例作为研究组,并随即选取按照新标准血糖正常的孕妇120例作为对照组,对比分析两组的妊娠结局.结果 研究组妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、产后出血、切口愈合不良、新生儿呼吸窘迫、高胆红素血症、新生儿低血糖、巨大儿发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用妊娠期糖尿病新诊断标准可以使更多的孕妇得到孕期保健,从而减少母婴并发症的发生.

Clinical research of adverse pregnancy outcomes by using new diagnostic criteria of gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women in gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） by using new diagnostic and missed GDM of the old standard.Methods 116 pregnant women missed GDM of the old standard diagnosed as diabetes with new standardere selected as research group.120 pregnant women with normal blood sugar of the new standard were selected as the control group.The pregnancy outcomes were observed.Results The incidence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,polyhydramnios,postpartum hemorrhage,the bad healing of incision,neonatal respiratory distress,hyperbilirubinemia,neonatal hypoglycemia,huge children in the research group were higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Using new diagnostic criteria in the GDM can make more pregnant women receive antenatal care,and reduce the occurrence of maternal and neonatal complications.
