摘 要: | 目的 探讨优质护理对门诊焦虑和抑郁情绪患者的影响,为预防门诊焦虑和抑郁患者提供依据.方法 选择2012年10月~2013年10月我院神经、消化、心内和妇科4个科室门诊就诊并存在不同程度焦虑和抑郁情绪的患者350例,按简单数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各175例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取优质护理措施,观察比较两组护理满意度、焦虑评分及抑郁评分改善情况.结果 观察组护理满意度、焦虑评分及抑郁评分改善均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 在门诊患者中开展优质护理,有利于改善患者焦虑、抑郁状况,提高护患信任度,对患者治疗及康复具有重要意义,可在临床推广应用.

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality care for patients with anxiety and depression.Methods 350 patients were randomly divided by observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine care and the observation group with quality care.The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression score improvement were observed.Results The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression of observation group compared with that of the control group (P〈0.01).Conclusion The quality care can improve patient anxiety and depression and nursepatient trust. |
