| 摘 要： | 目的观察老年慢性心力衰竭患者血浆中N末端B型脑钠肽原（NT-proBNP）的浓度变化。方法选择心功能Ⅱ-Ⅳ级老年慢性心力衰竭患者120例作为观察组，选择正常体检老年人110例作为对照组。用德国进口技术的POCT仪器测量所有患者的血浆NT-proBNP浓度，并根据实际情况进行纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）心功能分级。结果老年慢性心力衰竭组的NT-proBNP较对照组明显升高，且随着心功能分级的升高NT-proBNP逐渐增加，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论检测血浆NT-proBNP是诊断老年慢性心力衰竭的可靠化验指标。并且与心功能的严重程度关系密切。动态监测老年慢性心力衰竭患者血浆NT-proBNP的变化可有效评估患者的预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 120 patients with chronic heart failure class Ⅱ-Ⅳ were selected as the observation group and controlled with 110 people with physical examination. The serum NT-proBNP was detected with Germany imported technology POCT instruments. The heart function was classified with New York Heart Association （NYHA） Heart As- sociation functional class. Results The NT-proBNP of elderly patients with chronic heart failure was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Detection of plasma NT-proBNP is a reliable indicator for the di- agnosis of chronic heart failure, and is closely related to the severity of heart failure. Dynamic observation of plasma NT- proBNP level changes can effectively determine the prognosis of patients. |
