社区卫生人才培养现状调查与对策研究

目的 探讨提升社区卫生服务的有效途径,为完善社区卫生服务质量提供决策依据.方法 对成都市某城区12家社区卫生服务中心627人进行问卷调查,内容包括社区卫生服务中心人员及业务情况、医疗服务、培训和教学条件等.结果 该城区76.56平方公里,户籍人口60.9万,全区共有社区卫生服务中心12家,总职工627人,其中招聘职工超过一半（55.66％）,取得执业资质的专业技术人员仅占78.63％,高级职称的不足5％（4.63％）,本科以下学历尚有67.4％,学历和职称水平有待提升.全科师资不足（26.42％）、全科培训模式需要完善（43.17％）是当前全科医生培训最突出的现存实际问题.结论 要保证社区卫生服务的成效,提升基层医疗机构的医疗服务能力、稳定基层医疗机构的人员队伍,需在全科师资的培养、社区医生职称和学历的提升途径、全科医学社区培训基地的建设、与大型教学医院的合作建立、基层医疗配套政策的制定等方面不断努力.

The investigation and research of current training of community health service

Objective To investigate community health service and explore effective means to improve community health service.Methods 12 community health service centers were investigated by questionnaire survey.Results The urban was 76.56 square kilometers and had a population of 0.609 million and 12 community health service centers.627 people were investigated.There were 55.66 % recruiting employees and 78.63 % obtained professional qualifications.The senior title staff was less than 5% （4.63%）.Conclusion To ensure the effectiveness of community health service,we need general practice training,general medical community training base construction,and large teaching hospital to establish cooperation and supporting policies of developing efforts.
