| 摘 要： | 本文检测３８例亚急型克山病患儿Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群值，结果显示与对照组比较ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４百分率及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８细胞比值明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ８明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示亚急型克山病患儿细胞免疫功能严重低下，并对其发病机理和治疗进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The changes of T cell subgroup from 38 children with subacute Keshan disease were observed. The result showed that the percentage of CD3 and CD4 as well as the proportion of CD4/CD8 in the T cell of Keshan diseas were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),while CD8 was apparently higher(P<0.01). It indicatse that the immunocytofunction of the children with Keshan disease is extremely lower;this paper also discusses the nospathogenesis and treatment of the disease. |
