龟肌肽对甲型流感病毒感染鼠模型疗效的观察

摘    要:目的:观察龟肌肽注射液对甲型流感病毒感染鼠模型的疗效。方法:用甲型流感病毒PR-8株(H3N2)建立NIH小鼠呼吸道病毒感染模型,其中50只作病毒毒力试验,另70只随机分成5组,每组14只,前3组分别用浓度5mg/ml和2.5mg/ml的龟肌肽、三氮唑核苷作尾静脉注射,第4组为感染对照组,第5组为不感染病毒的空白对照组,观察各组14d内的每天死亡数。结果:高浓度龟肌肽组和低浓度龟肌肽组的存活率分别为64.3%和42.9%,三氮唑核苷对照组的存活率为85.7%,感染对照组小鼠7d内均死亡,而空白对照组小鼠均存活14d以上。高浓度龟肌肽存活率接近三氮唑核苷对照组(χ^2=1.71,P>0.05)。结论:龟肌肽具有体内抗甲型流感病毒感染的作用,高浓度的龟肌肽疗效较佳。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of tortoise muscle peptide against influenza A virus. Methods The animal model of virus infection of respiratory tract was established within NIH mice which were attacked by Influenza A strain PR-8 (H3N2). Infected NIH mice were divided into 5 groups (14 mice/group).The infected NIH mice were intravenously injected with 100mg/kg, 50mg/kg of tortoise muscle peptide and virazole. The infected and blank control groups were also established. The number of death within 14 days was counted daily. Results All mice in infected control group died within 7 days after infection with the virus. The survival rates of the infected mice treated with 100mg/kg or 50mg/kg of tortoise muscle peptide were 64.3% and 42.9% respectively. The survival rate of mice treated with 100mg/kg of tortoise muscle peptide was similar to that of mice treated with of virazole ( 85.7%, P>0.05).Conclusion Tortoise muscle peptide may have protective effect against influenza A virus infection.
