| 摘 要： | 糖皮质激素（简称激素）在神经系统疾病的治疗中应用广泛,其疗效与剂量、疗程密切相关,且可能导致诸多副反应,故规范化使用激素尤为重要。国内外虽有基本原则指导,但目前未形成统一方案。本文提拟目前比较认可的治疗方案,希望能提供给临床医生一定的参考。
