| 摘 要： | 目的评价蒙脱石散联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效与安全性。方法将胃溃疡患者80例随机分为2组。试验组40例给予蒙脱石散剂3g口服,每天3次;奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20mg口服,每天2次。对照组40例给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20mg口服,每天2次。疗程均为4周。治疗后比较2组疗效。结果试验组总有效率为95.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡疗效好,是一种安全有效的药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of smectite combined omeprazole in gastric ulcer.Methods 80 cases patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group（40 cases） were treated with smectite 3g,three times a day;Omeprazole 20mg,two times a day.The control group（40 cases） were treated with omeprazole 20mg,two times a day.Course of 4 weeks.After treatment,compared the efficacy of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group（95.0%） was higher than that of control group（80.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Smectite combined omeprazole in gastric ulcer is effective and safe. |
