老年患者术中体温变化的研究

目的探索维持老年患者术中体温稳定的措施，减少围术期低体温的发生。方法胸腹部手术老年患者40例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各组20例。对照组未采取加温措施，观察组使用加温垫、充气暖被、加温输液和输血、37℃冲洗液等措施，观察记录术前、皮肤消毒后、术中、术毕体温及失血量和术后气管导管拔管时间。结果与对照组比较，观察组低体温的发生率、失血量、术后气管拔管时间明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论老年手术患者术中采取综合性保温措施，可维持正常体温，术中及术后并发症发生率降低。

Temperature Fluctuation in Aged Patients During Operation

Objective To search for measures to maintain the body temperature and to reduce intra-operative hypothermia in aged patients during operation. Methods Forty aged patients undergoing operations on chest or abdominal region were evenly randomized into control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group received no warming treatment and those in experimental group received warming treatments by using warming pad, forced air warming blanket, warming fluid and blood transfusion,and 37℃ rinse solution. The body temperature of patient was recorded before operation, after skin sterilizing, during operation, and after operation. The volumes of blood loss and the time of extubation were also recorded. Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a lower incidence of hypothermia, less blood loss, and earlier extubation （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In aged patients, application of comprehensive warming methods can maintain normal body temperature and reduce intra-operative and post-operative complications.
