外科护士对安全输血认知情况的调查与分析

目的了解外科护士对安全输血认知情况,以便有针对性地对护士进行安全输血的培训,降低护理风险。方法自行设计问卷,调查我医院外科系统7个病房115名护士对安全输血认知程度。结果护士对全血细胞、血小板的正确储存温度和时间掌握较好,对全血、红细胞、常温下血小板的输注时限及输血前常规化验项目等内容掌握较差。结论随着血液制品技术的发展,外科护士需不断加强安全输血知识培训,确保护理安全。

Investigation on Knowledge of Blood Transfusion among Surgical Nurses

Objective To investigate the knowledge of blood transfusion among surgical nurses, so as to provide pertinent training in safe blood transfusion for nurses and to decrease nursing risks. Methods The knowledge of safe blood transfusion was investigated in 120 nurses of 7 wards in our hospital with self-designed questionnaire. Results The nurses had a better understanding of the temperature and time to store the whole blood cells and blood platelet transfusion, but they had a poor knowledge on the time limit of transfusion under room temperature and pretransfusion routine testing in whole blood and red blood cell transfusion. Conclusion With the development of blood transfusion products, the training on safe blood transfusion should be strengthened in surgical nurses to guarantee safe blood transfusion.
