目的 探讨加强聘用护士综合素质培训,提高应急反应能力的做法.方法 把提高聘用护士的综合素质放在重要位置,并且着眼于应对未来战争和反恐军事斗争的医学救治需要,坚持从难、从严、从实战出发,全面、严格培训聘用护士.结果 通过建立全方位的管理和培训体系,强化了对聘用护士的政治思想、军事科目及战地救护的培养,从而提高了聘用护士的综合素质.结论 强化聘用护士综合素质培训,对提高应急反应能力是行之有效的做法.

To Intensify the Training of Contracted Nurses So as to Improve Our Response to Emergencies

Objective To intensify the training of the contracted nurses so as to improve their comprehensive quality and our response to emergencies.Methods Improving comprehensive quality of the contracted nur- ses was a top priority for us.Strict and tougher training should be given to them in order to cope with the medical care requirements in future possible anti-terrorist combat and the warfare.Results Through es- tablishing all around management and training system,we strengthened the ideological,military, and battle field training of the contracted nurses,and upregulated their comprehensive quality. Conclusion Strengthening the comprehensive quality training of contracted nurses is effective to improve our response to emergencies.
