小儿纤维支气管镜检查后并发症分析

目的 分析小儿纤维支气管镜检查后常见的并发症.方法 选择2010年1月～2013年1月东莞市石龙人民医院诊治因大叶性肺炎行纤维支气管镜检查的患儿185例,按年龄将患儿分为1个月～＜1岁组87例、1～3岁组53例、＞3～10岁组45例.分析患儿进行纤维支气管镜检查后出现的并发症.结果 185例纤支镜检共有82例患者出现术后并发症,小儿纤维支气管镜检查后并发症发生率为44.32％,并发症以刺激性咳嗽、发热最常见,咽喉部不适、水肿、疼痛、声音嘶哑、低氧血症等术后并发症,均为一过性.1月～＜1岁、1～3岁、＞3～10岁三组的并发症发生率分别为52.44％、35.36％、12.20％,＞3～10岁组明显低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.结论 完善纤维支气管镜检查前准备,提高操作中手法的轻巧娴熟,加大检查后密切观察和细心护理的程度,并且针对可能出现的并发症采取有效的防治措施都可有效的预防并发症的发生.

Analysis of complications after pediatric bronchoscopy

Objective To analyze the common complications of pediatric bronchoscopy.Methods From January 2010 to January 2013,185 pneumonia cases with mfiberoptic bronchoscopy examination in Shilong People＇s Hospital of Dongguan City were selected and divided into1 month-〈 1 year group with 87 cases,1-3 years old group with 53 cases,〉3-10 years old group with 45 cases by age,the complications were analyzed.Results 82 cases with complication were found in all the 185 patients.The complication rate was 44.32%,irritating cough,fever was the.most common,throat discomfort,edema,pain,hoarseness,hypoxia were transient.The complication rates of 1 month-〈1 year group,1-3 years old group,〉3-10 years old group were 52.44%,35.36%,12.20% respectively,〉3-10 years old group was lower than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The measure such as improving fiber bronchoscope examination preparation and the operation technique,giving more careful nursing after the examination can effectively prevent the complications.
