影响大学生人际关系的个性因素研究

目的探讨大学生人际关系障碍者的个性特点,为大学生这一群体建立良好人际关系提供科学依据。方法对1702名大学生用症状自评量表(SCL-90)中人际关系敏感分量表和艾森克人格问卷成人版(EPQ)测量,并以人际关系敏感分量表的因子分为依据分为3组,即≥3分组、3分且≥2分组和2分组,比较这三组之间EPQ各因子的均分。结果 1702名大学生中有46名存在人际关系处理方面的心理障碍,占2.70%;方差分析提示EPQ量表的L、E、N、P因子标准分在3个组间的差异有显著性(P0.001)。LSD-t检验L、E、N因子在3组之间的差异有显著性(P0.01～0.001)。结论 2.70%大学生有人际关系障碍,人际关系障碍学生存在高N、P和低L、E的特点。

Study on Personality Traits of Influenceing Interpersonal Relafionship in Undergraduates

Objective To study the undergraduate＇s interpersonal sensitivity influenced by personality traits.Methods A total of 1702 undergraduates were measured with the EPQ and the interpersonal sensitivity scale in Symptom Check-list-90 （SCL-90）. Then the 1702 undergraduates were divided into three groups （group 1,group 2 and group 3） according to the score （≥3, 3 〈and≥2,〈 2） of each undergraduate＇s interpersonal sensitivity score. Meanwhile, the results of EPQ scores among the three groups were compared with ANOVA.Results The scores of N,P,L and E of EPQ scale were significantly different among the three groups （P〈0.001）.Conclusion The higher scores of N,P and the lower scores of L,E of EPQ are personality traits of the interpersonal disorder in undergraduates.
