DF方案联合放疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床研究

目的:探讨放疗配合DF方案化疗能否提高治疗食管癌的疗效。方法:将76例食管癌患者随机分两组,每组38例。A组为单纯放疗组,B组为放疗化疗结合组。放疗均采用直线加速器高能X线常规照射,5次/周,2GY/次,DT60～70GY。B组患者在放疗先行1周期化疗,放疗结束1周再按计划每21天行1周期化疗,共给4周期。结果:1、2、3年生存率,A组分别为15例(39.5%)、10例(26.3%)、4例(10.5%);B组分别为22例(57.9%)、16例(42.1%)、11例(28.9%),B组1、2、3年生存率高于单放组(P<0.05),且无严重不良反应发生。结论:放疗配合DF方案化疗治疗食管癌的疗效优于单纯放疗。

Objective The study put to treat to match with a DF project chemotherapy to raise the curative effect of curing the oesophagus cancer.Methods 76 oesophagus cancer the sufferer random divide 2 sets,each 38.The A set puts a set for list,B set for put to turn a set.Put to treat to all adopt linear accelerator Gao Neng the X line normal regulations project light upon,weekly 5 times,each time 2 GYs,DT60～70 GY.The B set sufferer is in advance putting to treat one period chemotherapy,put to treat to end for a week again press plan to go one period chemotherapy for every 21 days,totally give 4 periods.Results The 1,2,3 years existence leads,the A set distinguishes for 15（39.5%）,10（26.3%）,4（10.5%）;B set distinguish are 22（57.9%）,16（42.1%）,11（28.9%）,put to turn a set for 1,2,3 years,the existence rate is higher than a list to put a set（P〈0.05）,and has no serious poison pair reaction occurrence.Conclusion Put to treat better than simplicity of the curative effect of matching with the DF project chemotherapy treatment oesophagus cancer to put to treat.
