城市居民对社区卫生服务的认同度及其评价研究——现状与比较

目的比较城市社区居民对社区卫生服务的认知与反应情况，为进一步做好社区卫生服务工作的相关政策提供支持。方法利用近年来公开报道文献，选择长沙、广州、太原、西安、上海等地反映居民对社区卫生服务认知有代表性的指标进行比较研究。结果由于受调查方法和设计内容的影响，各地被调查居民对社区卫生服务知晓、利用和反应不尽相同，但意愿倾向具有一致性。结论社区卫生服务工作已在城市居民中拥有一定的影响力，当前要增强社区卫生服务软硬件建设力度，提高从业人员的专业素质，改善服务态度，以有效地推进社区卫生服务稳定发展。

The cognition degree and its evaluation on community health services by city residents-the current situation and comparison

Objective To provide related policy support for community health services by comparing different cities＇ residents＇ understanding and reflecting situation of community health services. Methods Representative cognition index of inhabitants from Changsha, Guangzhou, Taiyuan, Xian and Shanghai in public media was selected to compare and analyzed. Results The urban inhabitants＇ understanding, utilizing and reflecting situation of community health services varied in different cities for the various investigative and design way, but the tendency of their intentions was unanimous. Conclusion Community health services had a certain influence among urban inhabitants. It is necessary to press community health services ahead to a stable development by developing software and hardware Construction, enhancing professional quality of human resources and improving workers＇ attitude.
