| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨良肢位对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响.方法：患者自入院当天起保持良肢位,比较患者干预前、干预1个月后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定及Barthel指数评分结果：干预1个月后,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定及Barthel评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：早期对脑卒中偏瘫患者摆放良肢位,能明显改善偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,提高日常生活能力.

| Abstract: | Objective ：To explore the impact of limbs in good position for recovery limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Meth- ods： Patients starting from the day of admission to keep limbs in good position, compared the Fugl - Meyer motor function assessment and Barthel scores before and after intervention. Results：One month after intervention, the Fugl - Meyer motor function assessment and Bar- thel scores was higher than before the intervention, difference was significant statistically（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Placed limbs in good position for stroke patients early, it can improve motor function in patients with hemiplegia significantly, improving activities of daily living. |
