摘    要:目的:探讨适用于三级甲等综合医院开展全科护士培训的课程设置,为建立全科护士规范化培训模式提供技术支持.方法:编制全科护士培训课程设置内容专家咨询表,对20名省内外三甲医院及教学医院知名专家发放3轮问卷咨询,确定课程内容、学时分布及学分设置.结果:最终确定了人文课程(必修)、专业理论课程(必修)和系统理论课程(选修)三个理论课程群,一个专业操作必修课程并将科室轮转纳入其中,共5大模块,12个培训科目.结论:最终形成的12个培训科目具有良好的代表性和权威性;本研究作为全科护士规范化培训课程设置的初步探索,为全科护士规范化培训模式的建立打下了基础.

An exploration on the curriculum design of standardized training for general nurses

Abstract:Objective : To explore the curriculum design suitable for standardized training for general nurses in the Grade III - A general hospital and provide the technical support for the building of standardized general nurse training model. Methods : Literature review was a- dopted to compile the expert consultation questionnaire of curriculum design of standardized training for general nurses, carried on the three - round consultation to 20 experts from Grade III - A general hospitals inside and outside province in order to determine the con- tents, periods and credits of standardized training program. Results : The final humanities courses ( compulsory), the professional theory courses (compulsory) and system theory course (electives) three theoretical course group, a professional compulsory courses and differ- ent departments involved, a total of 5 modules, 12 training courses. Conclusion:The 12 training subjects have significant representative- ness and authority. As a preliminary exploration on the curriculum design of standardized training for general nurses, the study provides a basis for the building of the training model.
