摘    要:目的 探讨提高肺癌治疗疗效及患者生活质量的方法.方法 回顾分析从2000-2006年将本院收治42例肺癌患者随机分为对照组(单纯放疗组)和治疗组(艾迪注射液联合放疗组),对照组22例,治疗组20例.评估2组患者放疗结束后的局控率,评价生活质量的改善.结果 治疗组局控率(CR)为80%而对照组为54.5%,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组症状缓解率为75%,对照组为50%,差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组骨髓抑制较对照组明显减轻.结论 在肺癌放疗过程中配合使用艾迪注射液能增强肺癌患者的骨髓抑制耐受性,提高局控率和生活质量.

Abstract:Objective To further advance the effect of radiotherapy in treating the patients with lung cancer and improve their living quality.Methods From 2000 to 2006,42 patients with lung cancer were randomized into two groups:the control group of 22 cases were treated with radiotherapy alone;the test group of 20 cases were treated with AD injection combined with radiotherapy.Evaluating the local control rate of the two groups after the radiotherapy,and assessed the living quality of patients respectively.Results The local control rate of test group was 80%,while it was 54.5% in control group.Test group was obviously superior to control group in therapeutic effect(P<0.05).The response(pain-alleviating)rates were 75% in test group and 50% in control group.The difference between these two groups was significant(P<0.05).After starting radiotherapy,WBC obviously decreased in control group,while the decrease was slight in test group.Conclusion The combin-ation of radiotherapy with AD injection may promote the vanishing of lung cancer and improve the patients's living quality.
