胃腺癌组织Notchl和Jaggedl蛋白表达临床意义分析

摘    要:目的:探讨胃腺癌组织Notchl和Jaggedl蛋白的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系和意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测2009—01—01—2012—12—12泰山医学院附属莱芜医院60例胃腺癌组织和癌旁组织中Notchl和Jag—gedl蛋白表达水平。结果:Notchl在胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为41.7%(25/60),癌旁组织为81.7%(49/60),差异有统计学意义,x2=20.31,P〈0.001;Jaggedl在胃腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.7%(43/60),癌旁组织为96.7%(58/60),差异有统计学意义,x2=14.07,P〈0.001。Notchl表达与肿瘤分化程度(P=0.006)、淋巴结有无转移(P=0.005)和浸润深度(P=0.009)有关,Jaggedl的表达与肿瘤分化程度(P=0.004)、浸润深度(P=0.009)和淋巴结有无转移(P=0.006)有关。Spearman相关分析结果显示,胃腺癌组织中Notchl和Jaggedl蛋白表达呈正相关,r=0.460,P〈0.001。结论:胃腺癌组织中Notchl和Jaggedl蛋白表达下调,且两者呈正相关,可能与胃腺癌的发生、浸润及转移等多个环节有关;检测Notchl和Jaggedl的表达有助于判断胃腺癌的生物学行为。

Expressions and clinical significance of Notch1 and Jagged1 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of Notchl and Jagged1 in gastric cancer patients and the rela tionship between them,and their significance in relation to cancer clinicopathological characteristics. METHODS: Levels of Notch1 and Jaggedl proteins were tested using immunohistochemistry (SP method) in tissues from 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and their matching adjacent non-cancerous tissues from Laiwu Hospital Affiliated to Taishan Medical College in 2009-01-01-2012-12-12. RESULTS: Notchl expressions in gastric cancer tissue and the adjacent to carcinoma tissues were 41.7% (25/60) and 81.7% (49/60), differences were statistically significant (x2 = 20.31, P〈0. 001)Jaggedl ex pressions in two tissues were 71.7 M (43/60) and 96.7 (58/60), differences were statistically significant ( 2 = 14.07, P〈0.001). Notch l protein positive expressions had correlations with the differentiation degree(P = 0. 006), lymph nodes metastasis(P=0. 005) and depth of invasion(P=0. 009). Jaggedl protein positive expressions had correlations with the patient' s differentiation degree (P = 0. 004), depth of invasion (P = 0. 009) and lymph nodes metastasis (P = 0. 006). Notchl and Jagged1 protein expression were positively correlated (r = 0. 460, P〈0. 001). CONCLUSIONS: Notch1 and Jagged1 protein expression were downregulated in gastric cancer tissue are decreased, and both are positively correlated, which may be related to occurrence,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Detecting the expression of Notch1 and Jag gedl may be helpful to determine biological behavior of gastric cancer.
