家属参与健康教育对老年反流性食管炎患者 遵医行为的影响

目的 探讨家属参与健康教育对老年反流性食管炎患者遵医行为的影响.方法 选择住院治疗的60例老年反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,两组患者均给予常规治疗和健康教育,观察组在此基础上采取家属参与教育模式.干预12周后采用自制遵医行为问卷调查表评价两组患者的遵医行为,同时复查胃镜.结果 观察组患者遵医行为及治疗效果明显优于对照组,两者相比差异有统计学意义.结论 家属参与健康教育可以提高老年反流性食管炎患者的遵医行为.

Effect of family involvement of health education for elderly patients with reflux esophagitis compliance behavior

Methods 60 eases of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into the observation group 30 cases and control group of 30 patients, two patients were given routine treatment and health education, on the basis of the observation group adopted family involvement in Education. 12 weeks after the intervention using the sea-made questionnaire to evaluate compliance behavior compliance behavior of patients in two groups while the endoscopy. Results The observation group patients compliance and therapeutic effect was better than the control group, there were statistically significant differences between them. Conclusions It can improve the compliance behavior of elderly reflux esophagitis patients if the family members are involved in health education.
