| 摘 要： | 目的 评价Deep球囊扩张和支架植入术后治疗糖尿病足的疗效.方法 将我院收集的66例糖尿病足患者随机分成两组：研究组（n=33）进行Deep球囊扩张和支架植入术治疗,对照组（n=33）接受常规治疗.追踪观察两组6个月.结果 研究组总有效率为88.6％,对照组总有效率为65.9％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 Deep球囊扩张和支架植入术治疗糖尿病足的疗效高于常规治疗,可以大大降低患者的截肢率,提高患者生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To appraise the clinical efficacy of PTA by Deep balloon combined with trestle embed in patients with diabetic foot. Methods Sixty-six patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups-test group （ n = 33 ）, the patients underwent PTA by Deep balloon combined with trestle embed and control group （n = 17）, the patients underwent routine treatment. All the patients were follow up for 6 months. Results The total effective rate was 88.6% in test group and 65.9% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The curative effect of PTA by Deep balloon combined with trestle embed is better than the routine treatment. It could give a satisfactory prognosis and decrease the disability rate. |
