多潘立酮联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨联合应用多潘立酮和铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效.方法 将我院收治的93例经胃镜检查证实的胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为三组.A组27例,予多潘立酮10 mg口服,3次/d,治疗4周.B组27例,予铝碳酸镁1.0g口服,3次/d,治疗4周.C组39例,予多潘立酮10 mg,3次/d及铝碳酸镁1.0g,3次/d口服,治疗4周.分别于治疗前及治疗四周后观察三组患者腹胀、上腹痛、恶心、呕吐等症状变化及胃镜复查结果等相关情况.结果 单一用药治疗组患者治疗后总有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,联合用药治疗组患者总有效率为92.4％,显著高于单一用药治疗组,组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 多潘立酮可减少胃内胆汁反流,铝碳酸镁可结合胆酸,两药合用能有效缓解胆汁反流性胃炎的症状,是治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的有效方案.

Curative effect observation on Domperidone combined Hydrotalcite treatment of bile reflux gastritis

Objective To discuss the application of joint Domperidone and Hydmtalcite treatment the curative effect of bile reflux gastritis. Methods Having collected 93 cases of bile reverse flow from our unit, which was confirmed by gastroscopy Gastritis patients were randomly divided into three groups. A group of 27 cases：Domperidone 10mg pass oral,three times a day for four weeks; B group of 27 cases：Hydrotalcite 1000mg pass oral, three times a day for four weeks ; C group of 39 cases ： Domperidone 10mg combined Hydrotalcite 1000mg pass oral, three times a day for four weeks; Respectively in three groups of patients before and after four weeks treatment observation abdominal distension, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms change and gastroscope review results, etc. Results A single drug treatment group total effective rate difference after treatment in patients with no statistical significance （P 〉 O. 05）. Combination treatment group, the total effective rate was 92.4%, significantly higher than the single drug treatment group. Differences between groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Domperidone can reduce gastric bile reflux, Hydrotalcite can be combined with bile acid. Combination of two drugs can effectively alleviate the symptoms of bile reflux gastritis, they are effective in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.
