SD大鼠30d喂养试验血液学生化和脏器系数指标参考值探讨

目的探讨SD大鼠30d喂养试验血液学生化和脏器系数指标参考值。方法收集本实验室用于30d喂养试验的SD大鼠血液学生化和脏器系数指标进行分析。结果血液甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐、总蛋白含量及谷草转氨酶活性和肝体比及肾体比雌雄鼠间差异无显著性,谷丙转氨酶活性、血清白蛋白、血糖及总胆固醇含量和脾体比雌雄鼠间差异具有显著性;除雌性大鼠的脾脏系数(P=0.076)批间无差异外,其余各血液学生化和脏器系数指标分性别不同批次间比较差异具有显著性。结论血液学生化指标甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐、总蛋白含量及谷草转氨酶活性和脏器系数肝体比及肾体比雌雄鼠间可以合并。

Study of Reference Ranges for Biochemical Indexes in Blood and Coefficient of Visceras of SD Rat in 30 Days Feeding Test

Objective To study the reference ranges for biochemical indexes in blood and the coefficient of visceras of SD rat in 30 days feeding test.Method The data of biochemical indexes in blood in 30 days feeding test from our laboratory were collected and evaluated.Results There were no significant differences in triglyceride,urea nitrogen,creatinine,total protein,aspartate aminotranferase and liver and kidney relative weight between male and female rats.But spleen relative weight,alanine aminotransferase,albumin,glucose,and total cholesterol were significant differences by sex.The significant group differences were found in all indexes of male and female rats except spleen relative weight.Conclusions The liver and kidney relative weight,triglyceride,urea nitrogen,creatinine,total protein and aspartate aminotranferase are suitable to combine the male and female rat's data during analysis.
