摘    要:目的 探讨臭氧消毒器对烧伤病区床单位被褥和枕芯内部的消毒效果。方法 对烧伤病区20个床单位的被子、褥子和枕芯,于臭氧消毒器消毒前后分别采样,使用不同培养基分别进行细菌定量和菌种鉴定。结果 烧伤病区床单位污染严重,以被褥更为明显,病原菌检出率为77.5%,臭氧消毒处理后床单位菌量明显下降,菌种明显减少。结论 床单位臭氧消毒器除对物品表面具有消毒作用外,对病床被褥的棉絮及枕芯内部也具有较好的消毒效果。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of ozonous disinfector on the sterilization of bed unit in burns ward. METHODS Twenty sets of quilt, mattress and pillow core in 20 burn bed units (280 points) were selected randomly from our burns ward. The samples of quilt, mattress and pillow core were taken from their inner material before and after sterilization with ozonous disinfector. Bacterial quantity and identification of pathogen were conducted by different culture medium. RESULTS The pathogenic contamination of bed unit in burns ward was serious, especially in mattress and quilt. The positive rate of pathogen was up to 77.5%. Quantitative bacteria and the kinds of pathogen were decreased significantly after treating with ozonous disinfector. CONCLUSIONS It was not only effective on sterilization of material surface for using ozonous disinfector in bed unit of burns ward, but also on inner material of quilt, mattress and pillow core.
