| 摘 要： | 实验大鼠吸入用荧光素标记 EHFV 制备的 EHFV 气溶胶后,观察其体内清除、转运规律。结果发现,最初主要转运途径是经血液吸收和巨噬细胞吞噬,继而分布到各脏器,亦可通过肾脏随尿排出体外。整个清除转运过程约10天左右。

| Abstract: | The elimination and transportation of inhaled EHFV aerosol labeledwith fluorescence in rats was observed.The EHFV aerosol was absorbed into blood andengulved by phagocytic system after being inhaled.Then the particulates of the absorbedEHFV aerosol were deposited in heart,lung,liver,kidney,spleen and brain.TheEHFV aerosol was also eliminated urine.It took about 10 days for total transportationand elimination.This result provided scientific basis for studying and treating EHFVinfection through aerosol. |
