| 摘 要： | 在三通道睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除术中进行内界膜剥离治疗特发性黄斑裂孔,可以减少对黄斑的切线方向牵拉,使黄斑裂孔封闭,视网膜复位,提高术后视力,减少黄斑裂孔的复发。应用吲哚青绿、台盼蓝、曲安奈德等染色有助于提高内界膜剥离术的成功,但也存在一定的并发症。

| Abstract: | There are many advantages of internal limiting membrane(ILM)peeling in treating idiopathic macular hole with three-way vitrectomy through pars plana,including reducing tangent tension to macula lutea,closing macular hole,reestablishing retina,elevating postoperative vision,decreasing recurrence of macular hole.Though there are some kinds of complications,staining with indocyanine green,trypan blue,or triamcinolone acetonide can boost the achievement ratio of ILM peeling. |
