摘    要:绿原酸(CGA)是人类饮食中量较丰富的酚类化合物之一,在植物中分布广泛。据现有研究成果,CGA具有多种药理作用并与人类健康密切相关。其中,CGA改善胰岛素敏感性,调节糖、脂代谢的功效备受研究者的关注,逐渐成为国内外的研究热点。综述了CGA调节糖脂代谢的作用机制研究进展,并对未来的研究方向进行了分析和展望,以期更好地发挥CGA的有益作用,为肥胖、2型糖尿病等慢性疾病的防治提供新思路和新途径。

Abstract:Chlorogenic acid (CGA) is one of the most abundant phenolic compounds in the human diet and occurs ubiquitously in plant. According to recent research results, CGA exhibits a variety of pharmacologic activities and is closely related to human health. In particular, the biological activities of regulating the metabolism of glucose and lipid and enhancing the sensitivity of insulin of CGA have attracted more and more attention, and gradually become a research hotspot. This article reviewed the research progress in the mechanism of CGA in modulating the effects on glucose and lipids metabolism. Furthermore, the future research direction for CGA is also prospected and presented in order to provide new ideas and approaches for the prevention from obesity, diabetes, and other chronic diseases.
