| 摘 要： | 目的 旨在探讨颅骨局部加位对NPC颅底骨侵犯的诊断价值并与CT进行对比.方法 选取2003年01至2007年12月间病理确诊为NPC的放疗前患者,共405例,均在1周内行前后位全身骨显像(WBI)及颅骨左、右侧位局部显像和CT检查.结果 WBI诊断与CT诊断阳性符合率29.48%,阴性诊断符合率76.05%,总符合率81.23%;骨局部显像目测诊断同CT诊断的阳性符合率67.95%,阴性诊断符合率74.07%,总符合率87.16%;骨局部显像半定量分析诊断同CT诊断的阳性符合率75.64%,阴性诊断符合率74.07%,总符合率88.64%.在27例CT诊断阴性而局部显像半定量分析诊断阳性的患者中,其中有9例同时行了MRI检查,MRJ结果为阳性.结论 全身骨显像加做局部颅骨侧位显像,对NPC颅底骨侵犯有较好的诊断价值,可做为鼻咽癌颅底骨侵犯的筛选方法.
