全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉深度的探讨

目的探讨全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉深度的临床意义。方法收集我院胸外科手术患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组患者各40例,对照组为单纯全身麻醉组,观察组为全身麻醉复合硬膜外阻滞组。结果观察组的SP、DP及HR在诱导后各时点明显低于诱导前,但对照组在切皮、插管、拔管、术中强刺激时点SP、DP及HR均较诱导前值升高。观察组吞咽反射恢复时间为(6±3)min,拔管时间为(7±2)min,清醒时间为(18±4)min;对照组观察组吞咽反射恢复时间为(13±2)min,拔管时间为(19±1)min,清醒时间为(33±3)min,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞较单纯全身麻醉深度好。

Discussion of General Anesthesia Combined with Epidural Anesthesia Depth

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of depth of general anesthesia with epidural anesthesia. Method 80 cases of operation patients in department of thoracic surgery in our hospital were randomLy divided into control group and observation group with 40 Cases in each group, the control group with simple general anesthesia group, the observation group for general anesthesia combined with epidural block group. Results The group of SP, DP and HR in the induction of each time point after was significantly lower than that before induction, but the control group in the skin incision, intubation, extubation, with strong stimulation at SP, DP and HR were increased in the observation group before induction, swallowing reflex recovery time was （6±3） min, extubati0n time time was （7±2） min, （18＋4） min, the control group the observation group swallowing reflex recovery time was （13＋2） min, time of extubation time was （19±1） rain, （33±3） vain, there was a significant difference between the two group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural block in a simple general anesthesia depth.
