| 摘 要： | 目的了解阴道炎的患病现况与相关影响因素,探讨其有效干预措施。方法整群抽取某部队医院134名已确诊的阴道炎患者,以同一医院进行妇科体检的298名妇女为对照组,并分别进行现场调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果在被调查的865名某医院妇科患者中,阴道炎患者134名,占15.49%;经多因素的Logistic回归分析,阴道清洁次数、避孕方式、性卫生习惯、配偶卫生习惯是影响阴道炎发生的主要影响因素,其标准回归系数分别为0.704(P=0.048)、-0.615(P=0.0445)、-0.465(P=-1.7993E-18)和-0.468(P=4.2676E-13),其中避孕方式对阴道炎是否发生的影响相对最大。结论健康、科学的个人卫生行为和性行为是防治阴道炎发生的重要因素,同时重视男性在预防女性生殖道感染中的作用。
