儿童尿道阴道炎中生殖支原体的检测及临床分析

摘    要:目的研究儿童尿道阴道炎中生殖支原体(Mg)的致病性及临床特点.方法用本所生化室建立的套式PCR法对110例儿童尿道阴道炎及30例健康儿童对照组的尿道阴道分泌物标本做了Mg检测,此法灵敏度为103cfu/ml,具有高度的特异性.结果病例组中Mg检测的阳性率7.27%(8/110),对照组的阳性率为0.病例组的8例患儿均为女性.Mg阳性病例中尿道阴道炎临床表现急性期者为12.5%(1/8),亚急性期者为37.5%(3/8),慢性期者为50%(4/8).结论Mg是儿童尿道阴道炎的病原体,女童易感,临床以慢性期表现为主,红霉素治疗有效.

Abstract:Objective To study the pathogenic and clinical features of Mycoplasma genitalium in children with urethritis and vaginitis. Methods Samples of urethal and vaginal secretions collected from 110 children(24 boys and 86 girls) with urethritis and vaginitis and 30 normal children were examined by Nested PCR, an assay with high specificity and a sensitivity of 103 cfu/ml. Results In the study group, 8 cases had positive results, with a positive rate of 7.27% (8/110) . None of 30 cases in the normal control groups showed positive results. Eight cases with positive results were all girls. Acute urethritis and vaginitis were found in 12.5% of the cases (1/8), subacute form in 37.5%(3/8) and chronic form in 50%(4/8). Conclusion Mycoplasma genitalium is one of the pathogens present in pediatric urethritis and vaginitis;little girls are more susceptible to this pathogen;its infection is of family nature and is clinically dominated with chronic form. Erythromycin is effective for the treatment of the infection.
