| 摘 要： | 目的观察Dyract flow流动复合体治疗年轻恒牙窝沟龋的临床疗效。方法选择6～18岁恒牙窝沟龋201例,共441颗牙,随机分为两组:实验组100例(220颗牙),采用Dyract flow流动复合体充填;对照组101例(221颗牙),采用可见光固化窝沟封闭剂充填。结果随访3年Dyract flow流动复合体组充填后1、2、3年的涂膜保留率均比可见光固化窝沟封闭剂组高(<0.05)。结论Dyract flow流动复合体治疗年轻恒牙窝沟龋的疗效确切,可以在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Dyract flow composite in treating fossa decay of yo-ung permanent teeth. Methods 201 patients(441 teeth) with fossa decay of young permanent teeth at age of 6-18 years old were divided into two groups at random. The test group(100 cases,220 teeth) were filled with Dyract folw composite,and the control group were filled with visible light curing pits and fissures sealents. Results It was foun-d in the 3 year follow-up,the rate of film preseration is higher in the test group than that in the control group at 1,2 and 3 years after filling. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of Dyract flow composite for treating fossa decay of young permanent teeth is positive. This method can be used widely in the clinical practice. |
