| 摘 要： | 自1985年至1988年,155例患者应用 CT 扫描检查后进行了手术治疗。CT 所见与手术所见完全相符者109例,119个椎间盘突出,按间盘数符合率为95.2%;不相符合者6例,6个椎间盘,不符合率为4.8%。对并发椎管狭窄35例、黄韧带肥厚7例进行了讨论分析。为提高 CT 诊断的准确度和手术效果,外科医师必项提高阅读 CT 片的能力,并在手术前对扫描片作仔细研究。 |

| Abstract: | From 1985 to 1988,115 Cases lumbar intervertebral disc had been opera- ted on after CT Scanning CT finding and surgical findings agreed perfectly in 109 cases,There were 119 protruded disc The coincidence rate of diagnostic results of CT scanning and operation was 95.29%.The findings did not accord with perfectly, in 6 cases with 6 intervertebral disc.35 cases complicated lumbar stenosis and 7 cases with hypertrophy of ligamentum flavum were analysed and disccussed.In order to improve the accuracy of CT diagnosis and the result of operations,surgeons must learn:to master the interpereta- tion of CT film and study the pictures carefully before operation. |
