冠心病患者血清铜、锌及全血硒浓度测定的临床意义

摘    要:
对冠心病患者血清铜、锌及全血硒的研究表明,其血清铜增高、锌降低,全血硒升高;急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者血清铜升高、锌降低而硒无变化,此有助于其与不稳定型心绞痛的鉴别;心绞痛者3项指标均无变化;心衰与AMI二者都表现为血清铜升高。

Abstract:
Alterations in blood concentrations of zinc, copper, selenium have been studied in 36 cases of coronary heart disease. In comparing with normals significant increase in blood copper, selenium concentration and significant decrease in serum zinc concentration were observed (p<0.001, p<0.05, p<0.05 respectively). Serum copper concentration was significantly higher in cases with acute myocardial in-farction(AMI)than in normal controls while serum zinc concentration was lower.No significant difference was found between patients with unstable angina pectoris and normal controls. Furthermore, no significant change in blood selenium concentration was found in AMI and angina pectoris, thus these cha nges might be used as differential diagnosis between AMI and unstable angina pectoris.
