原发性肝癌患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平变化的临床意义

目的：探讨原发性肝癌（PHC）患者血清同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine,Hcy）水平的变化及其与Child分级的关系。方法：检测69例原发性肝癌、62例肝硬化患者和30例正常体检者血清中的Hcy、ALT、TBIL、GGT、CHE、TBA和叶酸（FA）水平。结果：发性肝癌和肝硬化组血清Hcy水平明显升高（P〈0.05）,且随着Child分级的升高而递增。结论：同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平变化可反映原发性肝癌肝功能损害的程度,对PHC的治疗、预后判断有一定的临床意义。

The clinical significance of serum homocystein in primary hepatic carcinoma

Objective：To explore the serum homocysteine（homocysteine,Hcy） levels and their relationship with the Child classification of primary hepatic carcinoma（PHC）.Methods：To detect 69 cases of primary hepatic carcinoma,62 cases of liver cirrhosis and 30 healthy persons for serum Hcy,ALT,TBIL,GGT,CHE,TBA and the level of Folic Acid（FA）.Results：Levels of the serum Hcy in primary hepatic carcinoma and liver cirrhosis were significantly higher（P〈0.05）,and increased with the Child classification.Conclusion：Levels of homocysteine（Hcy） in primary hepatic carcinoma may reflect the degree of liver dysfunction on the PHC treatment,prognosis.
