| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺结核发生耐药的相关危险因素。方法采用病例对照研究的方法，对86例肺结核耐药患者和258例肺结核未发生耐药的患者临床资料进行对比研究。结果经单因素卡方检验和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示：居住地为农村、治疗过程有中断、治疗依从性差、吸烟、合并糖尿病是肺结核发生耐药的相关危险因素。结论居住地为农村、治疗过程有中断、治疗依从性差、吸烟、合并糖尿病是肺结核发生耐药的相关危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate risk factors associated with drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis patients and 258 patients with not drug-resistant were compared by case-control study.Results The single-factor chi-square test and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that: residence in rural areas,treatment interruptions,poor treatment compliance,smoking,diabetes mellitus were the drug-resistant tuberculosis related risk factors.Conclusion Rural residence,treatment interruptions,poor treatment compliance,smoking,diabetes are the drug-resistant tuberculosis related risk factors. |
