伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎64例

目的探讨伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的64例念珠菌性阴道炎患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用伊曲康唑治疗，分析两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗7d后，对照组总有效率93．8％，观察组总有效率100．0％。两组总有效率经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗30d后，对照组总有效率75．0％，观察组总有效率96．9％。两组总有效率经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗过程中偶有厌食、恶心等胃肠道症状，停药1～2d后自行缓解。结论伊曲康唑联合硝酸咪康唑栓疗效优于单用硝酸咪康唑栓，不良反应少，使用方便，值得临床推广应用。

The efficacy of itraconazole and miconazole nitrate suppositories for monilial vaginitis:an analysis of 64 cases

Objective To explore clinical effect of the itraconazole and miconazole nitrate suppositories treat monilial vaginitis.Methods All of 64 patients randomly devied into control group and observation group.Control group using miconazole nitrate suppositories treatment,observation group add itraconazole treatment,analyzes therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results Seven days after treatment,control group total effectiveness was 93.8%,the observation group total effectiveness was 100.0% two group total effectiveness after statistics analysis,the difference had no statistically significant(P > 0.05).Thirty days after treatment,the control group total effectiveness was 75.0%,the observation group total effectiveness was 96.9% two group total effectiveness after statistics analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups of treatment process accidentally have anorexia nausea and gastrointestinal symptoms,withdrawal 1 ～ 2 days later to ease.Conclusion Treatment of itraconazole and miconazole nitrate suppositories was better than miconazole nitrate suppositories,fewer side effects,easy to use,and worth to application at clinical.
